Equal Rights Advocates will provide free legal advice and/or referrals regarding gender discrimination issues if you schedule an appointment to meet with an attorney at the clinic.
- Have you been sexually harassed at work or school?
- Has your employer mistreated you in any way because you are female?
- Have you been denied access to programs or treated unfairly at school because you are female?
- Have you been denied a job or promotion or fired because you are pregnant?
- Do you have questions about whether you may take time off to care for a new child or a family member?
