CA Globe: Underrepresented Communities Now Required on Corporate Boards Under AB 979

The California Globe ran an article about AB 979 (mentioning ERA’s support), which requires diversity and more equitable representation on corporate boards.

The bill supported by the American Civil Liberties Union of California, California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, Equal Rights Advocates, HP Inc., and Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara.
