September 21. 2022
Our Family Voices Amplified study was featured in a Biz Women (The Business Journals) article about Black Women’s Equal Pay Day:

“And as their employment opportunities decline, ERA found Black and Latinx family breadwinners are also experiencing discrimination at work,” the group said. “Ensuring women – especially women of color – are paid equitably is imperative to help close the economic gap.”
