50th Anniversary Gala & Events
Join us to celebrate 50 years of gender justice, connect with other supporters, and more.
Since our founding in 1974, ERA has changed the landscape for gender justice. Please join us in celebrating our impact enforcing and strengthening equality laws, breaking ground for women in male-dominated fields, mobilizing students to fight discrimination and sexual violence, and leading the way in economic sustainability for working women and their families.

Since 1974, ERA has not only enforced civil rights laws, we’ve drafted and passed them, too. The initiatives for gender justice, economic security, and educational equity that were incubated here have paved the way for reforms to ensure every woman and her family has the opportunity to thrive, at work and beyond. Now, joining forces with advocacy and community organizations across the country, we are tackling big issues using a comprehensive approach grounded in the intersection of racial and economic equity. As we stride into the future we will build on our inclusive vision of gender justice – because there’s enough justice for everyone, no matter their gender identity. Please connect with us and claim your place helping ERA create a future big enough for everyone.
