On Monday Dec. 11 at 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 p.m. ET Equal Rights Advocates (via our project Equal Pay Today) will join PowHer New York in celebrating equal pay progress made over the past year, with a focus on the care economy and workplace equity. Deborah J. Vagins, ERA’s National Campaign Director and Director of Equal Pay Today, will be presenting awards to two legislative champions who worked on New York’s transparency bill. Other speakers will also highlight recent positive changes advocates have achieved together in New York’s gender and racial equity movement.
