ERA’s Noreen Farrell and Jessica Ramey Stender will present at U.C. Berkeley School of Law’s annual conference on developments in workplace sexual harassment law.

  • Executive Director Noreen Farrell will be featured at the Keynote Discussion on Jan. 27 at 2:30 p.m. PT with Gretchen Carlson & Julie Roginsky (Lift Our Voices) and Ifeoma Ozoma (Earthseed).
  • Jessica Ramey Stender will present on Jan. 27 at 1:15 p.m. PT at Workshop 1B, “New Ideas for Legislation / Policy Changes,” alongside California Employment Lawyers Association’s Mariko Yoshihara.

Who should attend: Litigators, advisors, investigators, and human resource professionals, and others who work on the issue of sexual harassment in the workplace. For attorneys, this course will be approved for up to 10 hours of California MCLE credit.
