Policy Director and Deputy Legal Director Jessica Ramey Stender is featured in a Law360 article about an ERA-sponsored bill that was signed into law, the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act:

“Employees, when they’re made aware of this, will maybe feel more comfortable now than in past times to actually assert their right to ask for the salary range for their current position,” said Jessica Ramey Stender, policy director at Equal Rights Advocates, citing a culture shift when it comes to pay equity.
