ERA’s June 9, 2023, Annual Gala Luncheon was a huge success, with hundreds of supporters, movement leaders, advocates, business leaders, and lawyers attending in person at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco, and more than 100 supporters joining us via digital livestream.

The event featured speakers Dahlia Lithwick (MSNBC, Slate), Gender Justice Honoree Hon. Tani Cantil-Sakauye (former CA Supreme Court Chief Justice), and Cassandra Welchlin (Mississippi Black Women’s Roundtable), with a special message from Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi. The following ERA leaders also shared powerful words: Executive Director Noreen Farrell, Deputy Director Delia Coleman, National Legal Director Melvina Ford, Policy Director Jessica Ramey Stender, National Campaigns Director Deborah Vagins, Board Chair Dale Schroedel, and Board Chair Emerita Drucilla Ramey. The event was emceed by ABC 7’s Karina Nova.
